We recently closed on our Fort Myers house and wanted to thoroughly review our experience with Smeet. At the end of January I contacted Remax and asked to be placed with an experienced realtor and they had Mr. Mehta return my call promptly. We were seriously looking to buy in the South West Florida area but never visited before. Our original focused area was Cape Coral. Smeet set us up in the MLS and was very responsive to all questions we had regarding the area and outstanding listings. When a property popped up which we felt met our criteria, Smeet set up an appointment for that property and others and my wife flew down and met with him. From our conversations to his original meeting with my wife we knew we were dealing with a good man who was very knowledgeable of the area and market.

Hes a very patient and accommodating man, After a few days of searching he helped us find EXACTLY what we were looking for. He also gave us pros and cons upon our request. He did not try steering us for financial gain and let us make our own decisions. Smeet stayed on top of everything along the way also sending us updates and photos as we were not local.
